1. Formal Cancellation Protocol
To maintain absolute accuracy and security, all requests to cancel a confirmed Indian holiday, bespoke itinerary, or executive fleet reservation managed by MAAPE TRAVELS must be formally submitted in writing via email or our official digital concierge. Verbal communications or informal messages cannot be accepted as validated timestamps for processing cancellations.
2. Tiered Cancellation Architecture
Because our premium regional accommodations and dedicated transit assets are secured well in advance to guarantee your comfort, cancellation liabilities are meticulously calculated based on the exact date your formal written request is received:
- 30 Days or more prior to departure: An administrative restructuring fee equivalent to 10% of the total itinerary value is retained.
- 15 to 29 Days prior to departure: A late-cancellation retention charge of 50% of the total itinerary value is applied.
- Less than 14 Days prior to departure: A strict 100% cancellation fee is enforced. No financial adjustments or refunds can be accommodated at this stage.
3. Bespoke Itinerary Amendments
Should you wish to postpone or dynamically adjust your Indian travel dates rather than cancel outright, your request must be formally submitted a minimum of 20 days prior to your scheduled departure. All amendments are granted at the sole discretion of our executive team and remain contingent upon live regional hotel availability, fluctuating seasonal tariffs, and a nominal administrative reallocation fee.
4. Force Majeure & Unavoidable Disruptions
In highly exceptional circumstances where extreme regional weather events, sudden infrastructural roadblocks, or unforeseeable transit hazards compel our ground operations team or elite chauffeurs to suspend a journey, we will actively curate premium alternative itineraries for your consideration. Should no viable alternatives align with your travel preferences, a comprehensive cancellation waiver will be enacted.
